EFoods Direct - Previously pissed customer

Previous problems with rancid food and the lack of response from Efoods. After posting here, a custom support person, Anthony, contacted me and made good in following up with replacing the packages that Quality Assurance found bad. Thanks Anthony.

EFoods Direct - Efoods won't acknowledge and resolve issue

Found some packets putrid. Efoods customer service said to send to "Quality Assurance team for testing." Mailed receipt shows packets received by Efoods Sept. 2017. Now, (end of Nov. 2017). Efoods has NOT responded to multiple requests for status and/or replacement of only those putrid packets.
