I have bought 9 boxes and 2 buckets from eFoods since 2012. I recently opened a few to make sure that they are edible.

To my surprise, I could not eat anything. It was so bitter and stale. I got sick even trying it. I called their customer support line and I was told that the previous owners were bought out and that the current owners are sorry, but they will not take responsibility for what was sold under pervious management/ownership.

This is not good news for all those that paid a lot of money to buy food that would be available in the case of an emergency. The samples tasted good, but apparently the shelf life that was promised was totally untrue.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
